Be very careful here. She will make you feel sorry for her but never make things right and it’s never her fault.
No ethical business owner dodges phone and text messages. She claims to be a registered agent but with actions like hers it’s inconceivable.
Run to someone/anyone other than Darla or Darlene. She’s not right.

My husband was going here before we got married we went several after we got married thought we had good friend as well as business until this year I know she got alot going on being care taker we ran into a roadblock our efile got rejected saying we had marketplace we didn't it was after this my husband called she said she would message back he knew it was busy time he was gracious in waiting he tried her back she told him she was busy with client at this point he said he left several messages were talking weeks finally he had it I did to with the waiting this is when she messaged him said she had 42 people waiting to be messaged back I felt bad for them folks cause...read full review

Contacted Darlene with A and A tax and bookkeeping after finding out during my divorce that my now ex wife had not filed my taxes for 5 years. I had received a notice from the IRS. I met with Darlene and explained in detail the situation in February. After more than one conversations and calls about the status of my taxes they still had not been completed nearly 6 weeks after the April 18th deadline. When I reached out again and said that I already had taxes owed for 5 years and didnt need to add to the issue she said she didn't realize it was that serious.
