First time, very nice clean place, employees/owner very friendly, will definetly be back, I found my nail spot ?Cleanliness: Very clean pedicure chairs, they asked that you wash your hands as soon as you enter ?
We have worked with Shellie Valentine and she is very knowledgeable about her job and it seems like a passion more than a profession I would highly recommend Natural Element Homes and Shellie Valentine.

This is by far the best Tanning salon in Monroe County! It is affordable, clean, and has excellent customer service! If you have any questions or concerns, Ellen, Hannah, or Tonya is always there to answer those questions or help with those concerns you have, wether it comes from the products, ways each of the level beds work, or how long you need to tan for. I definitely recommend coming here to get that tan in the tanning bed, or a spray tan.

Called in the afternoon and they came out next morning. Fixed the leak with skill and quickness. The price was also reasonable.

I recently had an issue with my AC not working on a Friday afternoon of course. Well I called several places and left messages at a couple.Valley was the first to actually answer. A person answered,Diana a lovely lady who reached out to her service guy Bob. They worked me into their schedule and got to me literally 30 mins after calling! Bob was friendly and professional, diagnosed the issue and had me up and running. He ordered a part and was back the next week to replace it for me! The rates were Very reasonable , I would highly recommend Valley Heating and Air! I appreciate the fast service! We will be having them maintain our AC unit every year! Thank you ?

We had an excellent experience at Shawn’s Chop Shop! My husband has been going for several months, but this was my son’s first time. Shawn did exactly what we wanted and my son LOVES his hair! We will definitely be back.

First, this delayed review is not a reflection of the outstanding service Brian and his team provided. This review is a bit lengthy but East Tn. Moving specialist deserves the notoriety.
I cannot say enough about this company. They were committed, prompt & went above my expectations.
For those in the immediate area of Sweetwater, TN if you remember the severe snow/ice we had the week of January 15th, any other moving company would not have attempted to do what East TN Moving Specialist did.
We scheduled moving our household goods on Jan 15th, weather warnings were broadcast. We had 8" of snow, then freezing rain on top of the snow with <5 degree temp's. They honored their commitment and were able to move one load of my belongings during the snow storm. I could not keep up with the snow attempting to clear them a path. I was concerned that they would not be able to get the truck down my 1/4 mi. driveway but Brian did not hesitate, drove the truck like a champ! This is were they went above and beyond - My house required two loads. Once they unloaded the 1st truck, weather would not permit them to drive back up my driveway. Brian and I discussed safety and we agreed to maintain contact daily until the driveway cleared. I had a closing date on my home that was postponed due to weather & could not have an additional postponement. Brian honored his commitment and called every morning to check status of the driveway. He even made special trips to look for himself. I had to have the house empty by Jan 24th for closing. The moving truck had mechanical issues. Instead of Brian informing me there would be a delay due to mechanical issue with their moving truck, the company rented an additional truck (@ no charge) to meet their obligation. Over a week later, we agreed that they would give it their best try to get up the hill on Jan 24th, I was running out of time. I walked down and noticed Brian's crew were physically shoveling a path up my driveway for the moving truck. I was astonished!
Once i buy another house (out of state) I will be contacting Brian to relocate my goods, without hesitancy.
I best eye exam I've ever had it was quick and the staff was friendly and helpful.
I had a deep cleaning done and the tech was amazing. She kept making sure I was comfortable through the entire procedure and kept me informed during the process. I also had my wisdom teeth removed 2 weeks ago and Dr. Cooley was great as well and managed my pain level great. All of the office staff were nice and cheerful every time I’ve come into the office.
This place is really great. I had my nails done back in May and last week I had a perm done and I have to say that in all my 35 years of getting perms I've never been more pleased. Lindsey did an amazing job. I'll definitely be going back
