I want compliment the technicians at Serve
Pro of Sumner, RCD counties; Nick, Dale, Mike, Dylan, Evan, and Andres. They were exceptional, very knowledgeable, and courteous. And, the reconstruction crew headed by John Reilly and supervisor Chandler were exceptional, too.

Our hvac unit in the attic leaked through the second-floor ceiling,
and floor, through to our first-floor ceiling and floor. We called SerPro and they sent out their no.1 team lead by James Witcher. They were quick to take care of the damage and when it came time to work with our insurance company, it was handled efficiently and thoroughly for us. We are in our late 70's and the stress Mr. Witcher took off of us by handling so much of the detail work, we are forever grateful.
Servpro was excellent! Our home was damaged in a tornado … did not know where to start with repairs. Contacted Servpro and Ashley McKinnon met us and lead us through the process. Ashley is professional, reliable and a clear communicator. Do not know what we would have done without him!
