Called on a Sunday, due to an unexpected leak, the plumber was there in an hour, fixed the problem in 15 minutes. The cost was more than I expected, but I'm assuming it's because it was a Sunday.
I had a great experience working with Five Star. Mike came out for a tankless water heater quote and walked me through everything that needed to be done and made sure to answer all my questions. He and his co-worker did an excellent, professional job and kept consistent communication with me through the install process. What they quoted is what I paid, so no hidden cost or surprises! The total cost was much less than other quotes I received and I plan to use them for any future needs.
