We had an incredible experience at Williamson Pediatric Dentistry recently. Our son (7 years old) has been going there for about two years, and the staff has been supportive and accommodating to anything he needs. He has high anxiety levels about dentists and doctors. Typically, lots of crying and screaming. This last trip was jaw dropping amazing. Not a single tear, or fear. He was having the best time. The hygienist who helped him was Ms. Brooke. She started in the waiting room by helping model and play “dentist visit” with his stuffies. Then they moved into a room with his permission and she asked if he would give her a cleaning! All with disposable materials, of course. He was over the moon. The ball was in his court, and he felt very comfortable. He had a seamless cleaning. I didn’t think there was any way he would do an X-Ray, but once again, Ms. Brooke was incredible and understood his need for positive and trusting social interaction. She asked him if he wanted to take pictures of her teeth. And then very happily, he took his as well. Dr. Drew does a wonderful job with our 7 year old as well as with our other children. Highly recommend this practice to any with kids. Very supportive and caring.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this amazing doctor and team! Not only is he a fantastic pediatric dentist, he is also kind, compassionate, and goes the extra step to make parents feel comfortable and kids feel safe. My youngest had oral surgery yesterday and he took the time to text to check on him! Really? What doctor does that? A great one apparently! Thank you Dr. Drew and your team- we couldn’t be happier with your service. Oh- and I can’t leave out that he is also a huge sponsor and volunteer for different organizations supporting our kids with disabilities. A true advocate that uses his talent and skill for a purpose that makes a difference.
