Absolutely terrible! They left after an hour and a half without saying anything. When I came out of the office I was shocked they were already done and it looked like they hadn’t done anything. The second time they came unscheduled and let themselves in the back door that I had left unlocked. That’s right - without permission or scheduling, they let themselves in my house and just started cleaning. Would not recommend.

Absolutely terrible. They charged $295 dollars to clean approx. 2800 sq ft and were done in 1.5 hours. They didn’t clean the floors or dust. It looked like they hadn’t done anything. I was not planning to use them again but they came back without scheduling and let themselves in my house through an unlocked back door. I would not trust or recommend this company. Attached are pictures of the “cleaning” I received. All of the floor pictures are in open, obvious areas with large pieces of dirt or debris that simply were not cleaned.

Beyond impressed with this company! After having a poor experience with a different cleaning company, someone told me about Shiny Clean Cleaning Services. Immediately after I reached out, Maria began communicating with me and came out to give a quote. We decided to do a deep clean first (because my last cleaning company was terrible) and then continue with regular maintenance cleans.
