Catch Salon and Spa popped up in a social media add and boy oh boy... I'm SO glad it found me! I booked a cryo and fit and firm session on my belly, hopeful for any sort of result. As a mom of 3 kiddos, 5 and under my body has gone through A LOT the last few years and the bounce back just has not happened for me. As summer is quickly approaching, I've been desperately seeking some kind of help or kick start to feeling comfortable in my own skin again. Natalia was my provider for both services and y'all! SHE IS THE BEST! She's so informative, knowledgeable, sweet as can be and all around an absolute doll! She talked me through the whole process of each service, gave me tons of info on how to get optimum results, gave me awesome health coaching tips to work on targeted weight loss and was so personable to just speak to about all the things! Fast forward and I'm 5 days after just one session of each and I'm SO amazed at what my body had done! I suffer from bad diastasic recti and mama pooch and my belly is much flatter and the separation in my muscles has definitely come much closer together! I would recommend these services to anyone looking for a little body boost with no down time or side effects like surgery. The salon was adorable, customer service was a 20/10 and Natalia was a freakin' rockstar! If you've been considering trying this place for any service, do yourself the favor and book it ASAP! Can't wait to continue services and see just how beneficial they can be for my body physically as well as my personal confidence!
