My daughter and I needed new glasses and we’re new to the area so I called to make an appt. From the first phone call to picking up our glasses, every interaction with every member of the staff of Specs was an absolute joy! My daughter has sensory processing disorder and they took the time to explain each step and make sure she was okay during her visit. She now asks to go back and visit multiple times a week! We both love our glasses and are so grateful for the attention given to my 7 year old not only feel comfortable, but also have fun during the process. We will be back for sure 😊

Just a shoutout to Rhonda at Specs in the City. These two have their own personal, extra special attentive concierge / eyewear extraordinaire in our friend Rhonda. When they “don’t have time” or “don’t feel like” picking out their next pair or leave and later decide they want sunglasses too and “she can just pick them out”... “we know they’ll fit”... “she knows what I like”... well ~ I guess no one could ever ask for more than that. Rhonda ~ thanks for the patience and grace with our dudes. We appreciate and think the world of you!
