Horrible experience with Janice Pratt! Run don’t walk!!!!! She sit on a stool while we looked at a house and asked us if we turned off the lights and locked the door???? Isn’t that your job???? She treated us like we were dirt beneath her feet just because we weren’t dressed up fancy she didn’t think we had the money for a house. Needless to say we dropped her like a hot potato and found another realtor. When we ended up buying the house she ended up wanting part of the commission !!! For what? Sitting on a stool??? No communication at all. Please save yourself a lot of trouble and use someone else!!!

If I could give her a - star I would. This is the worst realtor we have ever came In contact with! We got set up with her through Zillow and when she took us to look at a house, she unlocked the door and sit on a stool when we were done looking she asked us if we had turned off the lights and locked the doors like that was our responsibility. No communication what so ever. All she done was complain about her health the entire showing! Just ridiculous. Please save yourself a lot of aggravation and grief. Just run!!!! Worst experience ever!!

Janice was the seller to a house I purchased. She helped me more than my realtor helped. Very nice professional. Seems to be very knowledgeable in real estate. I recommend someone honest like her that will stand by you if something goes wrong instead of not helping resolve a problem you are having. Highly recommended.
