Horrible experience with Janice Pratt! Run don’t walk!!!!! She sit on a stool while we looked at a house and asked us if we turned off the lights and locked the door???? Isn’t that your job???? She treated us like we were dirt beneath her feet just because we weren’t dressed up fancy she didn’t think we had the money for a house. Needless to say we dropped her like a hot potato and found another realtor. When we ended up buying the house she ended up wanting part of the commission !!! For what? Sitting on a stool??? No communication at all. Please save yourself a lot of trouble and use someone else!!!
