Out of all of the sales people I spoke with to get my ductwork replaced, Jake with Sparta Heating and Air stuck out. When he showed up to quote the job, he was very thorough with his measurements and finding every possible option for fixing/replacing my ductwork. I have no prior knowledge of how any of the Hvac works; He spent the time to explain everything while walking me through the house, showing me what he was talking about. If he couldn't show me, he drew it out and described it. There was not a moment he didn't walk me through the initial diagnosis/repair.
