Brandon Olinger is outstanding. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for land purchases in Tennessee! He is very accommodating. We told him what we were looking for and he found it! Easy to work with and he goes out of his way to serve. Absolutely the best!!!

Great company, with excellent employees!! We have been working closely with Jesse this summer to find our forever future home. We met at the home show in February, and we had a very specific list of requirements including the location and the numbers of acres we were searching for. Jesse and Southeast Land solutions worked diligently to help us find that land. It took the better part of 6 months However Jesse never gave up, never complained, he just kept on working. We walked multiple properties, some more than once, and with each one we narrowed the list. Each time I got discouraged or afraid we would never find "the one" , he reminded me that he wasn't going to give up on us, and that we shouldn't either. We kept looking until we found the right one. He didn't push us to settle for the first or second or even the fifth property. He pushed us to pick the one that felt right, the one that really met our dream wishlist. He is wonderful at communicating and willing to dig for any answer to even the remotest question. No question was too small, too dumb, or too off the wall I would recommend Jesse and this company to anyone and everyone who is seriously looking for land. This company made us feel like we were the only client and the most important client every day. Long story short, I would send my parents, my sisters, my coworkers, even my best friend to them, they were that wonderful to work with on such a big decision in our lives!
