“I have used this company for 6+ years. They have always been very responsive and very professional and have fixed my hvac system without pushing for a new and expensive install. The last time I needed them was on a Saturday morning at 7:30 when I called to schedule them to come out due to my condenser outside humming loudly with no airflow inside my home. I expected to make an appointment the following week but they said they would come out then. They arrived at 8:30 and diagnosed the problem and tracked down the needed replacement part and had my system working again by 11am For a total cost of $400!!! “This company, especially Misty, is the reason I reached out to have my air ducts checked.

All summer I had issues with my AC not working correctly.

Have a home warranty policy and was required to go through them to schedule a contractor.

Each time the contractors would come out, they couldn't determine what was wrong. Also let them know that dust was blowing out of the air vents inside my home and the smoke alarm would go off. Could it be my air ducts? Would you please check my air ducts?

"They didn't want to go that route. It was too involved and they didn't want to. I did not know what I was talking about!" Home Warranty said there was nothing they could do.

The day I contacted Ducts was the best day of my life! Misty explained the process and what to expect and was so nice.
The technicians came out and quickly got to work. They kept me informed and took photos of just how badly clogged with dust and debris the vents were. Loved the before and after photos.
They were so professional and relatable. Asked me if I had any other questions and went over what was done. They cleaned up and put items back in place.

Was left with clean fresh air. Wonderful. There is a difference of night and day.

Luckily I have galvanized ducts in the attic which made it easier.

Everyone should put duct cleaning on their premaintence home care list. If buying a home have your inspector check or hey, call DUCTS.

Most people don't think, oh, I need to have DUCTS AIR DUCTS CLEANING come check that. Be proactive.

Having COPD I let it go too long.
