“My furnace has been terrible for a few years. A dude came out and looked at it. Said it was the flux capacitor and for this baby to hit 88 degrees I needed to replace this part. Went ahead with it now it maintains 88 all winter.“

“HEP Inc was very efficient with our septic issue. There are several ladies in the office who helped tremendously, Mistie, Kalie, and Megan. Tyler was the first to come and assess our issues and helped with getting thing started. Jimmy and Kenny were very courteous and efficient. They helped us find our septic lid that was buried about 3 feet down. They put a riser so now we'll be able to have it serviced much easier. They did minimal damage to the yard and put straw to keep it clean in the area. John took little time with the cleaning out of the septic and made zero mess. Ray was very polite and helpful when we asked questions. He fixed the toilet and cleaned up the area around it.“

“I have used this company for 6+ years. They have always been very responsive and very professional and have fixed my hvac system without pushing for a new and expensive install. The last time I needed them was on a Saturday morning at 7:30 when I called to schedule them to come out due to my condenser outside humming loudly with no airflow inside my home. I expected to make an appointment the following week but they said they would come out then. They arrived at 8:30 and diagnosed the problem and tracked down the needed replacement part and had my system working again by 11am For a total cost of $400!!! These guys are top notch and truly care about their customers. They will go above and beyond for you and charge honesty for the parts and labor.
