In my experience, Erlanger Express Care in Soddy-Daisy is a top-notch facility. The staff has always been respectful and helpful. Colleen Malone, NP, is a caring and thorough practioner. She has successfully diagnoised and provided clear instructions to help me recover from a variety of ailments, some very complicated. I highly recomment Colleen and the staff at Express Care in Soddy-Daisy.
All were amazing! (The male who helped me needs to lighten up a bit but he was very professional). The doctor who helped me was half woman and half amazing! Can't speak highly enough of her and the rest of the crew. I'm eagerly awaiting my next injury (not really) just so I can come back!
Not a huge waiting time and always courteous. I take the entire family there after 3 days if fevers are not down. The staff is knowledgeable and they always listen to you, very empathetic.
