Paid for a “Platinum Plus Wash”, mostly for the “Extreme Tire Shine”.
The overall wash was very lacking. The pre-scrub on the windows, hood/grille, and trunk, did not do anything except leave streaking. They had used the same brush, that was sitting on the ground, for the body of the car as well as the windows.
The actual cleaning wasn’t too bad, but it’s not nearly close to any other car wash in the area. The machines there feel dated, and it’s not a very smooth ride through the wash. Yes it does wash your car. But its very mediocre, nothing special. Also the vacuum spots are set up like regular parking spots so you can only use every other vacuum when people open their doors. And only 4 or 5 vacuums actually work. It's not worth the trip or the price in my opinion. I paid for the best wash and my wheels were still dirty.
There was not anything platinum about the wash.
My car did not receive a full body wash.
The hood and back of my car appeared as if no water touched it, no shine to the tires.
The Vaccum service was great, with good suctioning.
