They just aren’t a good place to work for they really actually work u to hard have you do things a certain way and give u like 6 houses in one day with only 2 of you and expect you to have all 5 really big houses that are all over in Smyrna Murfreesboro Franklin almost like some places 30 mins maybe almost an hour away…

I replaced another cleaning service with the Cleaning Authority about 1 year ago and have not regretted it one bit. Susan and her Team One.... the last couple of times it’s been Destiny...are just so super pleasant and work hard to clean as thoroughly as possible in the time frame they are in my home. They’ve worked around unexpected construction, holiday decorations and boxes, and disarrayed kids rooms. And if something does get missed cleaning, they take no offense if I bring it to their attention the next time and it certainly is done then. And I also appreciate how sweet they are to my cats and even the ferret!
