I love going to Sports Clips. The franchise in Smyrna, a while back after the pandemic, was open when Great Clips and Supercuts weren't, so that says a lot about the business.
Wait time was a little long. As I was sitting in the waiting area they told me 12mins away. Ok. I'm fine with that, however the lady that finally cut my hair was walking around talking to everyone longer than 12mins. Wasn't a good look for Sports Clip. I'll try this place one more time before I take my business elsewhere. A million place to get my hair cut but I'm more concerned over customer service than the job they do on my hair.
Alex is truly the most amazing manager and stylist I have ever had. Alex used to cut my hair when I was an employee (2018-2019), and she still gave me some of my best haircuts I’ve ever received. I go by a different name entirely now, and lead very different life than when I was stationed next to her chair, but it warms my heart to see that she is still here.
