I had an amazing recovery experience thanks to the friendliest staff ever :) I was able to laugh through the painful hard days and jam out to some good tastes in music! Even down to working with my work/life schedule. Hopefully I won’t need PT again but if I do, this will be the spot!
I went in with little mobility and regular pain from a ruptured disc. Their team took great care of me. The created a program of exercises that allowed me to get back to my normal life. I love that they asked me every week how the exercises were going and made adjustments and provided the why behind all of the moves.
I saw them for some issues I had with my knees and everybody was very wonderful. I worked with Ashley and Andi and would definitely recommend them. I'm definitely better off than I started. I hope I don't have new issues but if I do, I'd definitely see them again :)
