Most definitely went way above and beyond expectations. I went in for my appointment only to discover that due to error on my part, I was a day early. I was willing to accept the consequences of my error and come back the next day other than it is an hours drive. As we were about to leave, expecting to hear the receptionist say "see you tomorrow", instead she contacted Dr. Brannen to inquire if they could squeeze me in. It took some effort on their part to accommodate me. Realizing that extracting two teeth in preparation for a bridge is no quick or simple procedure, I was extremely pleased with their accommodating attitude. Everything was more than successful, and the comfort that they had gone way beyond any expectations of superior service way above the call of duty. I have never had any disappointments in any of the services from them over the years, but this one topped the charts.
I have severe dental anxiety. I’ve been with the same dentist for 8 years! They were fantastic too! I needed a dentist closer to home! I took a leap of faith based on Facebook recommendations from the community and I’m so glad I did. They welcomed me like family. They put up with my humorous shenanigans. I loved every second of my visit. Thank you Doc E and dental family! I appreciate the thoughtful truthful care!!
