“I had to spend the better of two days with a failed capacitor in 81 degree temperature having survived 3 strokes in the past 3 years. Luckily I called TMC and requested a service appointment for next day. They arrived at 2:30 pm and replaced the capacitor. It is a whole different world today with cooling at 71 degrees temp. Marcus was my emergency service tech. He is a great service tech and hope he comes on any future date to repair my unit. I recommend him because he is honest and reliable.
