We had noticed we didn’t have as much hot water as we’re used to, and our technician James diagnosed the issue. He didn’t to to sell us a new water heater even though our unit was older, just told me I needed a $25 park easy Peazzy! He was such a blessing, showed up on time knocked it out quick, and taught me how to better maintain my water heater myself to make it last longer and operate at its maximum efficiency!
