This place is AMAZING! The aquatic therapy and blue light therapy help me feel better. Lisa is a wonderful water therapist who goes above and beyond to make sure you're getting the proper movements. So far, I love it here.

Lisa is a purple unicorn. She has taught me how to work out, effectively and correctly! I can do so much more physically than I could have done a year ago prior to conditioning with Lisa.

I am waiting on a double lung transplant. My doctor suggested to me a low impact workout I found flow and I couldn't be more happier. The staff is friendly courteous kind and they can attend to your needs. They also offer personal training workout physical therapy in pools. Along with massage therapy. Without a doubt I highly recommend flow.
