No, you don't get raises, because a contract company has to make a contract for what you will be paid and I totally understood that!They are one of the very few contract companies that will pay you PTO and holidays after you have worked for them for so many hours... The other contract companies don't necessarily do that. You're also paid weekly which is super nice and you can cash out your PTO if you haven't used it.They were always kind and courteous and quick to answer any questions I had. I truly appreciated being an employee. And would recommend them 100%!“
