Best experience ever! Everybody was so nice and gentle with my daughter and her first glasses. Paula was sooo sweet and helpful. I will definitely come back and I recommend the Smyrna store to everyone!
The representative Paula Veal did amazing ...
She was so helpful and so knowledgeable on their products ... She ended up upselling and I ended up with 6 pair of glasses ... She gave the very best service I have seen .. So friendly and you could tell she wanted to help and make sure I was satisfied... That is true customer service !!!
