I worked there as a team lead..Let me just say this little want to be king little kingdom if you don’t bow down and your an actual man you better count your days..Employees are overworked underpaid I’m not saying the hours are horrible they’re not but 17 dollars an hour to completely build wire and test a complex commercial appliance? No not me those people are craftsman new employees have a hard time because there is no training..I’ve never suffered such unprofessionalism in my life…COMPLETE CULT

Unfortunately Star Mfg no longer sells direct to consumer replacement parts - Star increased pices sold to suppliers at unbelievable markup to the point that its cheaper to replace the whole unit than to do any repairs. AVOID THIS PRICE GOUGING COMPANY IF YOU ARE IN BUSINESS -

I 10 out of 10 would not recommend this place to work I repeat don't work there I repeat don't work at star it's one of the worst places I have every worked there is ro much gossip and they don't pay enough for how high inflation is and the is alot of unprofessional they barely wanna give a raise there is no room for growth there your always having to wait on someone but then management want to come down harder on the people when the production is poor there's no ergonomics they expect you to drill through metal and hurt your shoulders there's so much wrong with this place to the point that it's not even meant to even work ther
