My husband and I are first time homebuyers. We hired Crawford to do our inspection. He was out there at 8 am and didn’t leave until probably 1:00. During that time he met with my agent, my husband, and me for about an hour and 10 minutes. He walked us through every room, and explained everything he saw. He was super informative and gave us so many details. We never felt rushed throughout the process. He was honest, and even though we just met him, we trusted him and all his expertise. Our experience with Bryan was incredible as my wife and I buy our first home! He was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He walked us through all of the home's maintenance and was honest about what needed to be worked on immediately. Bryan was great with our realtor and my mother who attended the home inspection with us and included them in on the process.
