Our family of 5 have been patients of Dr. Hale for close to 10yrs. We have NEVER been disappointed in the care we have received. Our experience has been that Dr. Hale and his staff go above and beyond for their patients. When our daughter had an eye "emergency" it only took a call to the office and they were able to get her in and treat her. This same child has a history of eye issues (infections, scratches etc) and we have always been impressed with the response we have received. I want to add that we do not have vision insurance so I can ASSURE you that if we felt like this practice was anything less than THE BEST. We would go elsewhere.
