This company, especially Misty, is the reason I reached out to have my air ducts checked.
All summer I had issues with my AC not working correctly.
Have a home warranty policy and was required to go through them to schedule a contractor.
Each time the contractors would come out, they couldn't determine what was wrong. Also let them know that dust was blowing out of the air vents inside my home and the smoke alarm would go off. Could it be my air ducts? Would you please check my air ducts?

Great experience with Ducts air conditioner and duct cleaning. Very professional. Missy explained me everything in details and answered all my questions. I called several duct cleaning companies in Chattanooga and the people on the hotline could never answer my questions. Then I called Ducts and had Missy on the phone. How she explains everything in details made me decide immediately to hire her company. The technicians came on time and did a wonderful job cleaning. When they were finished they showed me before and after pictures. I felt the service is priced reasonably and I can recommend Ducts Air Duct Cleaners to others.
These guys did an incredible job my duct system was so dirty and now it's like night and day, my family and I can definitely breathe better and now we have working AC they were friendly clean and professional I highly recommend these guys.
