The Volunteer folks, Jerry and his son, were professional and took the time to assure me that even though they were on a warranty call, they will help me get a satisfactory resolution. He kept his phone on speaker so I could hear the conversation with Frigidaire. They came came when they said, they accepted my pictures through texting and called to confirm their appointment. Very customer service focused. Now I just have to keep my fingers crossed that their hard work will get me a working stove?. Thank you Volunteer.“
“First time reviewer (shame on me) multi-time customer. I have used MCS almost exclusively since moving to the mountain over 15 years ago. They have worked on my HVAC units repair and maintenance along with plumbing. My most recent was a repair to a flexible water supply line to a water heater that failed causing water damage. I was without water entirely to the whole house, so no flushing or washing hands, etc. I contacted MCS first thing in the morning and by noon that day Clarence (plumber) had fixed the problem. Clarence quickly evaluated the problem and offered a few solutions explaining the differences (cost, maintenance, expected longevity...) also identified the year of the water heater and its expected life span. In under two hours he had finished the job and explained everything he had completed including an extra shutoff valve I asked for mid service. Clarence was quick, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, patient with questions, clean and very kind. I recommend MCS to all my friends“
