Garrett was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained all aspects of my problem and cleaned my systems coils and the entire until for much less than what I had been paying. He was the first tech that ask for a water hose connection to properly clean the unit. The other guys just came out sprayed a little cleaner on the coils and said I'm good. My unit is now as clean as new with no more stink. This company is the best I've found and I will be a customer long term.
We had used Redds to hold our old HVAC unit together for a couple of years, until we we had them replace the unit finally, as well as had them at a later point install a whole home dehumidifier to help our old home.
There were some issues with the dehumidifier that required some follow-up visits to resolve, but every communication and interaction with the office and techs has been pleasant, and I would never hesitate to use them again, they have done a great job with the work, and prices are fair.
Trustworthy!! After another company priced me double for a part, somewhat scared me into just getting a new A/C unit that also was double the cost, Redd’s came out for a second opinion.
Replaced the part for half the other company. I’m so thankful for Josh and Kim at Redd’s; for their honesty and quick to get my house cool again.
Watch out for other small local companies (newer) that may be out to price gouge. Get a 2nd opinion. So glad I did!
