My Recent experience less than a month ago, From scheduling my appointment by Amanda, Denae, Dr. Sallie and Vet assistant during visit whom all provided excellent service. The Kindness professionalism and attention to our needs for April our 11 Year young German Shepherd was the very best. This staff have been consistent for years and always rise above and beyond service. I Highly recommend Northpoint Animal Hospital in Shelbyville, TN 37160. The staff is very kind to people and animals and show the utmost care for your animals. The veterinarians explain the situation and treatment options very thoroughly and give you options based on your budget. Wonderful veterinarian practice with the greatest staff.
Long story, but brought in an injured kitten found on the road. Needed X-rays, surgery, and a hospital stay. We are from over an hour away. They were great! Great staff, very nice facility. Plus, very good at communication which is always awesome!! Can’t say enough.
