I have been going to Great Clips for years the same one on N. Main St. in Shelbyville, Tennessee and I have never had a bad haircut this time. The manager had cut my hair did an amazing job and I will definitely keep going back.

Had been so thrilled when I found Brandy at the Lewisburg, TN location to do my hair. Unfortunately, she went to another location 2 hrs. away, and could not find another who knew how to cut my thinning baby fine hair and would do my hair as I liked.Started going to the Shelbyville, TN location after I was blessed to get Bri. Having had a cosmetologist for a mother, you can imagine how picky I am. Bri takes it all in stride and I walk out of there a very happy customer.In the past when I had told my operator that I wanted clippers to be used at the base of my neck, I was told they didn’t like to use them or preferred to use shears. Sydney was awesome! I have an old school cut (circa 1980) so I've been cutting my own hair for 35 years because most don't do it right. Once in a while I try again to let someone else cut it and I always go home and fix it. She paid attention to what I wanted and didn't get offended when I made suggestions and she'd go over that section again. I don't have to fix it this time! I'll be returning to her specifically!
