I visited Fantastic Sams in Shelbyville, KY, and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The salon is clean, well-lit, and comfortable, making it a relaxing place to get a haircut or other hair services.
I was immediately greeted by the staff, who were all very professional and attentive. My stylist took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions to ensure I got the look I was going for. It was really great to see that you had more than one person working. I’ve been in this location several times with just one hair stylist and it was crazy to me to see the amount of business that was lost in just those few hours I was there . I’ve been coming to this location since it opened and to have only one hairstylist seemed odd . So kudos to you for having more than one hair stylist. Not to mention for business purposes but for safety as well .
Mark had done my hair in the past and when my stylist cancelled this morning I knew just who to go back to. Mark is amazing and is so kind. He listens to what you want and gives you what you want. I will now be a client of his going forward. No one else will be styling my hair but him! Thanks Mark!!
