We moved in our new home the fall of 2019. I have waited to give Kenny a review because I wanted to make sure I gave an honest review.
Granted, there were times we had our disagreements but after living in our home for almost 5 years, I can attest that the craftsmanship and quality of our home is outstanding. Kenny added his expertise with window size and placements, recommended where beams would be most appropriate and he chose all the trim work… it turned out more beautiful than I imagined! If I build again one day, Kenny would be my contractor!

Built neighbor's home. Many delays, overages, poor workmanship and terribly unreponsive. They had to hire an attorney to get minimal completion and then there were still issues of installed lower quality then what was contracted and paid for. Example: paid for high end windows and Guffey used junk. His attitude was beligrrant, insulting and at times agressive especially when dealing with the lady of the house. There are many better options for high end custom homes. Beware.

Kenny started building our custom home in January of 2021 shortly after we closed on our construction loan in December. The delays began to build as the months went on, eventually reaching points of several weeks or even months with no signs of progress and no communication. Quality control fell on us and we had to be hands on to ensure even the basics were correct. The final walk through finally occurred in March of 2023, 27 months after construction began and 14 months over the contracted time.
