Don, Tyler and Hunter installed a new HVAC unit which had to be pushed up a steep hill to reach my current unit. Tyler et al. were awesome! Came on the same day without an extra charge. Guessed what was wrong with the AC by listening to the unit before he even came to the door. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it in record time. Took time to teach me the basics of what was wrong and how to clean the filter myself. Added bonuses, taught me a trick of how to keep my pipes from clogging and a bit about trees for landscaping. I thought I was going to have to replace the whole unit, but was merely a part that needed replacing. So relieved and impressed!
