Highly recommend East Tennessee Wildlife for your pest control needs! I had an issue with critters in the ceiling, which they later identified as a racoon. They were prompt in addressing the issue, kept me updated throughout, and helped seal up entry points. Michael and Mercedes were friendly, professional, hardworking, and a pleasure to work with. I hope I don't get any more critters in my cabin, but if I do I know who I'll call.

Michael and Mercedes are always prompt and professional. We've had a wonderful experience with both our monthly maintenance service and our initial exclusion. They explained everything to me in a way I could understand and are always available if I have questions. I contacted an alternate company prior to calling Mercedes, they quoted twice as much and were very unprofessional. I am so glad I listened to the recommendations from other local owners and went with East TN Wildlife Management!

Excellent and professional company, who does what they say and when they say they will do it. They are very responsive and pleasant to work with should any questions arise.We have dealt with flying squirrels at the cabins for a long time. Anyone who has dealt with them knows the drill - a "family" moves in, causes issues with guests, we evict the current family only to have another move in a few months later, then repeat.
