Very thankful I found them. They were very quick to respond (especially with it being after hours), very friendly, and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be recommending them and using them in the future.
I don't what I'd do without this company! Chad came out on Father's Day after working all day for other customers to fix my air conditioning during the Awful heatwave. No other company to my mind would work the extra hours after 5 pm! Chad improvised by finding the water vacuum in the basement to clean out the unit and restored the freon that it needed. Very fair fee as well. Chad and Stacey are life savers! with big hearts! Highly recommend Captain Comfort! ?!
Stacey and Chad were absolutely wonderful. Quick response, very personable, and detailed. This was my first hvac issue in TN, as we are fairly new to the area, and I would recommend them to everyone! They are certainly my go to folks for any hvac issues I have arise in the future!
