I was really looking forward to working with Taylor Business Solutions. I paid before any work was done and I think that was my mistake. I paid $200 for a simple website that she never provided me with. Communication was unprofessional and very delayed. When I asked for a refund since she did not deliver any services she claimed she refunded me but the money was never returned to me. I emailed multiple times asking for a followup on the refund and she ghosted me. Very disappointed and sad with this outcome. I always try to support small business especially since I am running my own small business but this was unacceptable and $200 is a lot of money to take from a business... read full review
