I have been traveling the country with my husband for a few years and have had the worst time finding people who can skillfully cut my hair. She is AMAZING!! I went in yesterday for highlights showed the girl, Katie, what I was wanting and let her know that I was deathly afraid that my hair would come out ash blonde - after 3 1/2 hours. My hair is ASH blonde. It does not look like it has highlights I paid $160 for hair that I have been in tears over for 24 hours, I talked to corporate. They said they would let the manager at the Sevierville store know IN SOMEONE WOULD BE CONTACTING ME TODAY, but I haven't heard anything from anyone yet so I will continue to leave reviews everywhere until someone fixes this. I would not advise anyone go to Ulta beauty in Sevierville for anything. these are the pictures of my highlighted hair. I am MORTIFIED!!!!!“
