I've been coming here for nearly ten years with my large pack of animals. The two doctors that we always see (Dr Snow and Dr Darden) are literally a couple of the nicest human beings ever. They have been with me through every up and down, helping me give the best care to all my rescues, there for me during the times we have had to lay some of my animals to rest. The empathy, knowledge and kindness is unmatched. There is also a lady at the front desk named Sherry who I feel deserves a special shout out for being incredibly professional and empathetic. She knows what she is doing. The prices are extremely reasonable and cheaper than any other place in the area. I love this place so much on many levels!

Back in the early 2000s our dog Jessie hurt her back and could not walk for about 9 months, she was not completely paralyzed and with the proper examination of Dr. Snow and instructions of how to let her heal and to care for her she did finally walk again and we had her about 5-6 more years and she was such a happy dog. Then a few years ago our momma cat, Sophia developed diabetes, again Dr. Snow showed us how to care for her and she had a few years of quality life, she was a sweet and loving cat. But she did finally have renal failure and died. Then there was our youngest of Sophia's cats, Ralph. He was almost 14 when he died from liver failure. Dr. Ryan tried some treatments but he was very honest with us that the outcome did not look good. So I brought him home for a few days and then took him back him to let them check to see if any change, none that would help him. My husband and I had done decided it was not fair to our precious Ralph to let him suffer (and he was) so we had to let him go. It was our decision and they abided by our wishes. Do not think for one minute that any of this staff would not do anything at all, they are very good at their jobs and they go beyond to help with all pets. These vets are very knowledgeable and are willing to try to save our precious pets if it it possible without causing more harm to them. Every pet has a different situation and not all treatments work for all pets. As a pet owner when you take your pet in, it is your responsibility to ask questions about what type of treatment and care can be done. As a pet owner you have to be willing to accept that some times things just don't go the way we would hope for. So love your pet and care for them with compassion and give them that unconditional love that they give us.

Vets are great and provide good education about importance of regular exams and care which can eliminate a lot of health problems down the road!! When my older dog Buddy got ca, they diagnosed quickly and helped me review options to do what was best for his end of life care to prevent further suffering. Over the years he had received best of care from Sevier Co Animal Clinic and lived a very long happy life with their help! Forever grateful!
