Rocky Top Ford: Rodney is their Star Manager here. I had issues up front & he was professional & cleaned up the mess. The dealership must keep him or they struggle with their operations. Jennifer was also good with service assistance. Walk straight to them when you get through the door, so you don't have other problems. Beautiful new dealership. I am now able to give them a 5 star review because of how they "finished" my service call as multiple-Ford Owner. Cheers to Rodney!

Very Impressed best experience we have had at a Ford Dealership with this location my husband spoke with the Service Manager and let him know the issues my husband was having with his truck and told him we are here from out of town and he got our vehicle straight back

On vacation to Gatlinburg .The day we got there the AC blower motor started making noise .We were passing Ford dealer in Sevierville .They looked at and replaced the motor next day at 9:00 . Was out of there by .10:00 .Was a little expensive but worth it for convenience .Thank you Otto .Tom
