I have been with PropertySense for the last 8 months. They were recommended to me by Evolve and they have proved to be an essential part of the team we have managing our property. They are very professional and responsive and have done a great job looking after our property. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good “boots on the ground” company to help with managing a property and keeping it in good shape and rental ready. They have also agreed to support the new CDC cleaning standards in the post COVID world which is very helpful getting our business back up and running!

I've used several service providers in the area and none of them have provided the level of customer service that Nick and his team provide each and everyday. My property is well maintained and any issue that arises they are quick to address. They've completed several larger projects for me during the off season and are very detailed oriented. I really enjoy their owners portal, because I can always see when my property is scheduled for services and to top it off I receive notifications when the work has been completed.
