I called Millstone Accounting Service to ask them about some accounting services and assistance with taxes on my newly started business. The gentleman on the phone was friendly, I had told him my reason for calling and he asked me to hold while he asked the boss to see if they could assist me. Upon the gentleman's return to the phone, he told me the boss stated that they did not have enough time to assist me with my problems. No attempt to set up a future appoint nor offer any additional help to the situation. I normally don't leave reviews and this may be one of the only ones I have ever written.
