Moved from out of town and this was one of the offices that took Ambetter.
We had our initial exams and the experience could not have been better. On time, nice clean and bright office. Nurse practitioners were very attentive and made certain all questions were answered. Followed up with prescriptions and referrals on same day. Very happy we found this office! Highly recommend.

Love the care I and my family have received here. Seeing how they took care of my parents made me realize this is where I needed to be. Dr Collins has been wonderful with my parents and Lori Shumaker has been great to work with. The nursing staff is second to none. I truly believe they all have your best interest in mind every time you call or visit. I speak from experience and can't thank them enough.

Dr Collins and Liz are the greatest,im so thankful I found them,they make me feel cared for and not like a number as some drs make you feel.I could go on and on how great they are but I think I've made my point.
