Married to the mop is not insured and does not pay the ladies she has clean for her. I have delt with the owner Jennifer myself and she owes me for several cleans that have not been paid. Because of her neglect and non payment for my services she has cost me to loose everything I own including my home. Do not trust this company.
This cleaning company cleans AirBnB’s in TN. My partner and i stayed in cabin up in the Smokies and when our trip was over and we arrived home, we realized we had forgotten two jackets at the cabin. We contacted our AirBnB host immediately and she put us in contact with Jennifer Lang shortly. Well now two months later and receiving no information from our host or Jennifer, i just have to say the whole interaction has been unprofessional. I do not recommend her business for the sake of not being able to do parts of her job she has agreed upon to do and gets paid extra for, which is shipping items back to guests.
Very professional business & they do great work!! Jennifer is a sweet lady and does an awesome job. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely have them back to clean for me!!Service: Deep clean
