We use Gregg's Heating and Air for our cabin in Sevierville. They are prompt and do great work at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for honest, good HVAC work.

We had major damage under our house on our ductwork because of animals. It is a very tight crawl space. They came and gave us a quote to replace it all and were very reasonable compared to some others we had there. They came and did the work on time and stayed late to finish. THE BEST. I would never use anyone but these guys.

Could not be happier with the service I received from Gregg's heating and air. I called on Sunday night and spoke to someone who was super helpful on the phone. I explained that my home temp had been between 45 and 50 degrees for the last two days during the Jan cold snap. The person I talked to gave me a few tips to try to help us for the night. We didn't have any luck with that so she prioritized our need having someone out before 10am the next day.
