I had a fiasco with a gown I tried to get altered by their seamstresses, and Jennine was the only person who was kind, honest, calm, and understanding the entire time. She treated me with respect. As I waited for my issue to be solved I watched her greet every customer that came in with a smile and with the utmost professionalism. Thank you Jennine!!!

I brought my winter leather coat to get my zipper fixed. The people were very friendly and my coat was done very fast. I recommend Hatchers to anyone for whatever need you may have.
