“I waited awhile to write this review because I wanted to give it time so I could give an honest review. I came in and saw Courtney mid October. I had someone else in another city do a botch job with k-tip extensions on me. Courtney was very sweet and professional. She removed the k-tips and did the sewn in extensions (I don’t know what the technical term is for those). Hair looked amazing! And it STILL looks amazing! She was so helpful, understanding, professional, and just the kindest soul. Courtney is very talented and I highly recommend her! I am a truck driver so it’s hard for me to keep appointments. But if I can, I will gladly drive as far as I need to in order to have my hair done by Courtney. Thank you so much for your help and making me feel pretty again ❤️“

“I started going to True Fame in April for my haircut after my wife had great results there. Matt does a wonderful job on men's hair (as well as women), he's quick but thorough and has a good attention to detail. He has a good eye for what style cut looks good on a person. I went back today for a trim and was again pleased with the results.“

I have been traveling the country with my husband for a few years and have had the worst time finding people who can skillfully cut my hair. She is AMAZING!! So sad we had to leave Sevierville … we love the area and I sure wish I could take her with us. :) Wishing her, her very cool daughter, and the whole team much love and aloha from a very happy customer. I went in yesterday for highlights showed the girl, Katie, what I was wanting and let her know that I was deathly afraid that my hair would come out ash blonde - after 3 1/2 hours. My hair is ASH blonde. It does not look like it has highlights I paid $160 for hair that I have been in tears over for 24 hours, I talked to corporate. They said they would let the manager at the Sevierville store know IN SOMEONE WOULD BE CONTACTING ME TODAY, but I haven't heard anything from anyone yet so I will continue to leave reviews everywhere until someone fixes this. I would not advise anyone go to Ulta beauty in Sevierville for anything. these are the pictures of my highlighted hair. I am MORTIFIED!!!!!“
