“Perfect little laundry stop for anyone on the AT or around Gatlinburg. Loads are affordable, they do sell detergent and other products and the place was incredibly clean. Julie (the all-star employee) is an absolute sweetheart. We came up from Tampa to get out of the way of Hurricane Milton and Julie was our saving angel as she helped us out with getting our laundry done…no charge!! This was a beautiful act of kindness my family will never forget. Words cannot express our gratitude and appreciation for this humble woman and her laundry service. We love you Julie!“
