I was in town on vacation and threw my back out! I called and they got me in that day. All of the staff was so nice and I loved Dr Ratcliff! He was so thorough and informative. Had excellent bedside manner and was incredibly friendly. He gave me so much relief from my pain and preventative measures to help in the future. He also gave me his cell phone number for me to call if I needed him over the weekend before we left to go home. I was very impressed and would highly recommend him!
